As the financial year comes to a close, our team has been heavily engaged in end-of-year strategies. We are hopeful for a smooth final week, allowing us to catch up on administrative tasks and prepare for the start of the new financial year.

Over the past three months, we have been focused on succession planning within the team.

Lili Hong, joined us five years ago as a Client Services applicant, new to financial advice, and progressed through that role to complete her professional year and become fully licensed as a Financial Adviser. Lili will be departing Future Gen Solutions at the end of the financial year. Lili’s last day will be Friday, June 28th. We thank Lili for her time with the Company and her contribution to the Team and to the Clients of Future Gen Solutions.

In recent months we commenced a progressive handover involving Jeremy Bogovac, Tom Wilkinson, Lili and myself to ensure a seamless transition within the Adviser Team.

Concurrently, we have been enhancing our back of office operations at Future Gen. We have successfully integrated Warm and Anna as Client Service Officers and appointed Luca, a recent graduate, as Administrative Assistant. In the coming weeks, Tram, with over 10 years of experience as a Paraplanner, will join the team working alongside Warm and Anna in the Philippines.

Michelle Qi and Nicola Welch continue to serve as senior figures in the back office, bringing with them many years of invaluable experience. Nicola will return to us following the completion of her maternity leave in December 2024.
