The Advice Team
Murray is a practising Certified Financial Planner and has been an Adviser since 1989.
Murray was one of the founding Directors and major shareholder of WB Financial Group from 1995 to 2016. He is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA)
Murray has served as a Director on Boards of various Financial Services Companies over his career. He currently serves as Chairman and Director of the Future Gen Group of Companies.
Murray remains passionate about assisting Clients in uncertain times. Outside interests include rowing, golf and ocean swimming.
Tom is a Director and Financial Adviser at Future Gen Solutions, having worked in the profession since 2011. Tom’s focus is on building trusted long term relationships with his clients to help them grow, protect and manage their wealth while enjoying the journey along the way.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Economics, an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA).
Outside of the office, Tom can be found making the most of the pristine South East Queensland coastline or exploring the outdoors.
Lili Hong is a highly experienced Financial Adviser who holds the Certified Financial Planner® designation. Her ongoing commitment to her profession was recognised in winning the 2022 FPA Financial Planner AFP® of the Year award. With a passion for building lasting relationships, Lili acts as a trusted adviser, supporting clients in achieving their personal and financial goals throughout their lives.
Lili is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) and an SMSF Association SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA®). By staying connected with the latest industry trends and best practices, Lili remains at the forefront of financial planning. Her dedication to ongoing education ensures that she can provide the highest level of service to her valued clients.
Originally from Singapore, Lili moved to Australia accompanied by her beloved dog, Creamy. They now enjoy the beautiful sunny beaches of Queensland, where Lili continues to make a positive impact in the lives of her clients by guiding them towards financial prosperity and fulfillment.
Jeremy Bogovac found his passion for financial advice after transitioning from an engineering & management role. His ability to engage with clients at all stages of life has led him to pursue and complete a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Jeremy is a Financial Planner AFP® member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) and an SMSF Association SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA®). He is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards when helping clients achieve their financial goals and dreams. With a focus on learning, he consistently stays ahead in the field of financial planning, ensuring that he delivers unparalleled service to our clients.
Outside of work, Jeremy is an eager tennis player and loves to dabble in a slow Sunday morning swim. He enjoys a weekend brunch with friends and can reliably be found enjoying a piece of cake in his downtime.
The Delivery Team
Nicola has worked in financial planning since 2010.She finds meaning in helping clients realise their goals; from wealth creation to retirement, a green/sea change, or providing support in the tough times.
As Nicola’s expertise has developed, her role has evolved into the compliance and corporate governance side of the business. She works as a Responsible Manager for our AFSL and as the Manager of our Delivery Team, developing and implementing advice outcomes for our clients.
On weekends Nicola can often be found enjoying picnics on the bayside with her family and friends.
Armed with a Master Degree in Marketing and International Business, Michelle embarked on a career in marketing initially, where she honed her skills in market research, event management and digital marketing. She gained valuable experience working with local law firm and real estate agent, contributing to successful marketing campaigns that boosted brand recognition.
After 5 years of working experience in marketing, while Michelle enjoyed the challenges and accomplishments in the marketing field, Michelle felt a calling to start a new chapter of her career, she has transitioned to financial planning. Currently, Michelle combines her expertise in marketing, law and customer service to deliver outstanding support to clients. Michelle is committed to ongoing learning and is always willing to help.
Michelle takes herself as a life-long learner. In her free time, Michelle enjoys swimming as a means of relaxation and personal growth. Music and reading are Michelle’s best friend. She believes in maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle, leveraging her hobbies to bring creativity and a fresh perspective to her professional endeavors.
Jessica began her career in financial planning in 2007. In 2016 Jessica joined the Future Gen Solutions team as the Business and Licensee Services Coordinator. With her background in Paraplanning and Client Service she is able to provide strong support to the business and advice team.
Jessica spent 4 years working in Vancouver, Canada; while there Jessica enjoyed travelling around the country, even coming face to face with a polar bear. After settling back into life in Australia, Jessica enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
