Our work is holistic and the work we do in one year may be different from the next. We charge an annual project fee for the work we do. That fee encompasses all the work we do in that year, from preparing and implementing advice and monitoring your progress.

We understand complexity means different things to different people and we invoice according to the complexity involved and the value we can deliver.

Following our initial “discovery” meeting, we will provide a scope of work we believe is necessary and a price for our work. If we cannot add value, we will tell you. If we can add value, then the fee we charge will be commensurate with the value we bring.
